"Today we finally closed on our home owners policy through Jesse Mesa's office, handled by Jasmine Matos. It has taken 4 months for this to happen, through no fault of the agency. Jasmine has always been most responsive to every request we made. And a delight to work with. The latest curveball came 4 days ago with the development of the tropical cyclone that yesterday became hurricane Debbie, in the Gulf of Mexico. The company invoked a moratorium on new policies so we had to wait longer. As soon as Jasmine's watchful eye got the all clear, she phoned, processed the paperwork and before the day was out our new coverage was in place. Best of all in the 4 months that transpired, the original rate quoted, was honored and we are saving considerably on their policy over what we had prior, for several years. We look forward to a long lasting mutually beneficial relationship with Jasmine and the agency she represents so formidably."
