"I had the most frustrating experience today (Feb. 19), when everything seemed to go wrong all at once. I called my previous insurance company, Citizens, only to find out that my insurance had been canceled without any prior notice to me. After explaining to the representative that I had been having trouble with my agent (who never picks up or returns calls), they provided me with contact information for new agents. I reached out to Jessie Mesa's office and was lucky enough to connect with Jasmine. She was a total lifesaver! Jasmine took the time to listen to my situation and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Even though the office closed at 5 p.m., Jasmine went above and beyond by calling me after hours to ensure all my documents and payment were completed that same day. She also helped set up my auto-pay and uploaded the proof of insurance to my mortgage company while we were on the phone together. Thank you so much, Jasmine, for your exceptional service.
